Why jupyter notebook doesn't autocomplete in some situations
I am starting to look at the sklearn package. For the first time exploring a new package I like importing the base package and exploring the autocomplete randomly, seeing what information I can glean from the lists of functions available and docstrings, etc... I was aware that there should be sklearn.model_selection and sklearn.metrics and such available to use however when I imported just sklearn by itself it did not appear in the list. Importing sklearn.model_selection directly in addition to sklearn now increases the list of autocomplete options.
Why is this? How can I ensure that I have a fuller autocomplete list in the future when learning other packages where such an unexpected result occurs?
python autocomplete jupyter-notebook
