Upgrade 18.04 on armhf

As I understand it, if I was running the normal 64-bit desktop version of Ubuntu 18.04 and wanted 18.10, I could enter the command sudo do-release-upgrade
and it would happen. However, armhf does not recognize this command. Is there another way to do it?
