Cannot turn on wifi on Ubuntu 18.04 dell latitude 3440

I have not used Ubuntu for a week. Today I use for homework and I can not turn on wifi. when I click on the slider, it doesn't work.
Windows 10 is ok but Ubuntu is not. before, nothing happened. btw I can turn on Bluetooth.

Is there any change if you toggle the wireless button F2, or perhaps Fn+F2? kbimg.dell.com/library/KB/DELL_ORGANIZATIONAL_GROUPS/… Welcome to Ask Ubuntu.

i don't know why after a few days , now , it's ok ... and the wireless button doesn't work .
