RHEL-7 OpenVPN DNS to wrong adapter?

I have openvpn set up on a RHEL-7 Server, and my tun0 address is 10.8.0.1, everything works fine except DNS. When i monitor where DNS is going, it shows it heads to 10.9.0.1. There are no DNS servers set to that address, and there are also no adapters set to that address. DNS does not function at all on the client side.

I feel like all i need is an iptables rule to fix this, i just wouldnt know the proper command to forward 10.9.0.1 to 10.8.0.1
