probe function in usb-skeleton driver

0

We are trying to use usb-skeleton.c generic driver for data transfer through bulk transfer through Linux based SBC. For this generate .ko file of usb-skeleton and can able to include it as module.

After insert as module probe function should call to complete enumeration process. And after that we should get /dev/skel0 but there is no file created similar to this.

What could be reason to probe function is not called?
