ISO Image loaded, unable to access programme

0

Taken disc out & re-inserted; the following black screen appears with writing:
GNU GRUB version 2.02
Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device of file completions.
grub>_

I cannot access anything! I have tried reloading the disc, but all that happens is the above writing appears.

Please help, I am not computer savvy. Thank you, Harey
