Install SwingX on Netbeans IDE 8.2
I need to use JtreeTable in a desktop application that I am creating in netbeans like this one:
However, so far I have had no luck. I tried installing SwingX components into my palette and dragging and dropping JXTreeTable into my GUI. However, when i try to add rows/columns, the following error pops up:
Failed to write the value to the property "model".
I tried different versions of SwingX (1.6.4, 1.6.5 etc) and added the jar file to my library as well, but nothing has worked until now. Some components in the palette work fine like the JXDatePicker, JGradientChooser etc.
What can I do to resolve the issue? Is there a specific plugin that I can install in netbeans that will enable me to use TreeTables?
