How to get fourCC LAGS to work on opencv-python? [closed]
I am getting this error:
Could not find encoder for codec id 147: Encoder not found
On one machine, VideoWriter still writes the frame to output while on another, no frames get written.
I installed the 32-bit and the 64-bit lagarith.dll
.
The codec is open source, so it should have the encoder with opencv-python
.
python opencv
