Windows 7 color emoji not rendered properly
my computer is showing colored emoji as black and white and loosing texture, I found an answer here recommend Microsoft KB2729094 update but when I tried to install it the installer signal that I have this update already installed, what then is the problem?!
This is vscode the original icons are colored
And when I copy the emoji into ms office it shows rubbish.
