Blinking/flashing horizontal scrollbar in Google Chrome
The horizontal scrollbar is blinking/flashing at certain larger zoom settings when certain extensions are being used (eg. Deluminate). How to fix it?

Go to chrome://flags/ and enable Overlay Scrollbar. The scrollbar will look a little different and it will stop blinking.
