Google Chrome - Toggle Color Picker Don't Work
I have Win 10 x64 Pro, Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit). In Console (Inspector) when I'm in color change section and mouse hover on site elements, pickup not appearing, and if I click for example to URL, it's not going to pic code of color but just go to that link.
I tried Incognito without extensions - not work still.
