why eps files got a new copy of pdf version after compile in latex?

0

I use latex in live preview mode. Every time i compile the tex file in latex (whatever program, either texstudio, texmaker or kile), i found that all eps files in the folder also compiled or got a new copy in pdf version.
For example, say, there are two files in a folder

  1. fig.eps

  2. main.txt
Now, after compiling main.txt in any latex program, including the previous there is a new file name "fig_converted_to_pdf.pdf" with main.pdf
    I don't want this "fig_converted_to_pdf.pdf" file.

So, what changes i have to do, so that this do not happen automatically???
