How can I use a reference call variable in a Hyperlink as part of the file name to be opened?

The following solution worked perfect except that I want to only include a specific part of the file name in the cell being referenced.
=HYPERLINK("D:My DocumentsCoin PicturesGraded Coins" & [@[Agency File]] & ".JPG" , "File" )
In the above [@[Agency]]
is a number like "123456-001" in a table.
This works perfect if I change the file name to "123456-001.JPG".
The JPEG file name actually has more detail leading up to the "Agency Number".
Such as "NIUE, Star Wars, Silver, 1, 2, NGC, 123456-001.JPG".
I tried variants of adding & "*" & before the reference to the Agency File Number cell.
All assistance would be appreciated.
