Will Ubuntu 18.4 install cleanly on a Lenovo G70 laptop?

I have heard that users had problems with the BIOS on previous versions of Ubuntu. Have these issues been resolved?

Hi, what problems do you mean? Have you tried to install Following this guide you should not have problems. I had them with an Asus and I managed to solve them with help. Install and if you have problems, the samples By trying your computer you will not break it. Install and if you have problems, look here if there is already a solution, and if not, show as many details as possible so they can help you. Not all problems are the same, Ubuntu is great
