I have a server which has the following specs.



  Xeon E5-2620v4 X2

  128GB RAM

  4x1GB NIC

  2*10GLOM

  16* HP 600GB 12G SAS 15K rpm



Will I be able to install Ubuntu 18.04 on this server?

  • If you have RAID disks, then Ubuntu Desktop won't work as is, but Ubuntu Server may. Create a Ubuntu Live DVD/USB and boot it in "Try Me" mode to see if it'll work. I'd try 18.10.
