How to deal with an employee who is not feeling motivated enough to complete the work
We have an employee who had some personal issues which he don't want to disclose due to which he is not able to perform his duties.
He has been great with his work for last one year but since last one week he just doesn't feel motivated enough to continue. When asked about the reason for his poor performance he said he is going through some personal issues and needs some time but doesn't specifically tells how much time so that we can arrange for replacement for that period.
