appears for Activities "search" but does not appear for browsers "search" or text editor or libre office



is there a manual way to get the on screen keyboard to appearwhen i need it?

  • i found that in adding the extension 'Gnome Shell integration' to Firefox i could add an OSK button to the top pane to toggle the OSK on and off ~ it works
