Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. To boot your cd, you'll have to configure your BIOS to boot cd-drive first, and not the hard disk (/sdd). On some machines you can press <F9> to have it pull up a list of devices and it'll boot the one you select, but the key can different between makes (I have machines that use F12, F10 and some use blue or black unlabelled keys - varying on make). The key you need to press is dependant on your model & brand of machine.

It sounds to me like you have Ubuntu running, and you're clicking (with the mouse) on a CD that contains windows - which will not install Windows. You need to tell your BIOS (or EUFI) to boot the CD; which won't use your mouse. This is done when it's turned on & before you see any Ubuntu startup. It will not involve your touching your mouse, nor any login step. Your machine will start & run POST (power on self-test) which is when you press the <fn> key I mentioned before to get boot menu; POST can be quick so you must be faster; then it'll load (if your BIOS is set correctly).

I believe they both need to be installed in the same mode, so you need a UEFI windows installer disk (ie. the same as the first OS you installed). Ubuntu has both selecting on what mode the computer is booted in at install, most windows media is one or the other. help.ubuntu.com/community/UEFI wiki.ubuntu.com/UEFI/SecureBoot
