Ubuntu 18.04 Boots Slow with swap partition fresh install 2Gb Ram
I installed Ubuntu 18.04 fresh in minimal mode and manual partitioned the drive. First created a "linux-swap" partition then, /root and /home. I have only 2Gb of RAM installed.
Also slow while opening only "Settings App" (takes nearly 30 sec) and for one operation going on; other is slow, if multiple processes are running (even 3-4 or sometimes 2). But, boot problem is a major one for me currently.
I have searched for the whole internet for the fix and even tried some but, nothing worked. Still takes nearly 4 mins to show up the desktop.
Please help me with this anyone!

I suggest that you try an Ubuntu community flavour with a lighter desktop environment (than standard Ubuntu), Lubuntu, Ubuntu Budgie, Ubuntu MATE, Xubuntu. These will work better with 2 GB RAM. And if you want a better informed answer, please tell us more about the computer, brand name and model of the computer itself and of the graphics chip/card.

This model seems to be delivered with different CPUs and graphics chips with rather different performance. If not the highest specs available for this model (Compaq 610), I would really recommend an Ubuntu community flavour with a lighter desktop environment, that you can find via this link: releases.ubuntu.com I suggest that you try 18.04.1 LTS. Try them live (booted from DVD or USB before deciding which flavour to install.
