Install GMP library on Windows with MSYS2

I'm on Windows and I have MSYS2 installed. I also need the GMP library.



I searched and found the gmp-6.1.2 folder within msys64/. The folder contains only 4 files - desc, files, install, mtree. So how should I use (install?) these for GMP?
