Ubuntu 18.04 LTS USB-Headset not detected

I am trying to use my usb-headset on ubuntu 18.04 LTS but I don't know why it is undetected.
tried different ports and different site answer but none solved the problem.
Headset is not shown in the sound setting.
Headset : MISSION SG (Serious gaming by Andersson )
my last dmesg command :
[ 1476.557529] usb 2-1: new full-speed USB device number 30 using xhci_hcd
[ 1476.557753] usb 2-1: Device not responding to setup address.
[ 1476.765721] usb 2-1: Device not responding to setup address.
[ 1476.973535] usb 2-1: device not accepting address 30, error -71
[ 1477.101546] usb 2-1: new full-speed USB device number 31 using xhci_hcd
[ 1477.122196] usb 2-1: device descriptor read/all, error 10
[ 1477.122307] usb usb2-port1: unable to enumerate USB device
