conflict of interests doubt

for example if I work for x company . , and I want to run a training business / penetration testing - custom labs development , and I work as red teamer / penetration tester would it be translated as conflict of interest? in the case I am not selling / consulting penetration testing or red team services. I just doing custom red team labs for companies to train their new penetration testers
