When playback from mic, no human voice

I'm using Win10. I have the same setting to this question(Listen to this device unchecked, playback mic on).
Disabling Microphone playback
But my question is different. I cannot hear my voice. But, because of Rear Black in is on, I can hear my blowing the mic.

I tried to work it out but no luck. Help please!
