Why am I getting Permission Denied? And how can I fix it?

I keep getting this error whenever I try to run something as simple as "Hello World".
Exception occurred executing command line.
Cannot run program "/home/blake/Test3/Hello World" (in directory "/home/blake/Test3"): error=13, Permission denied

Have you tried setting the permissions of the path withsudo chown -R blake:blake /home/blake/Test3?

Have you checked permissions? Please show output of ls -laF /home/blake/Test3 Also assumption here is you run it as blake user
