MikroTik hAP lite port forwarding

I bought the MikroTik hAP lite some weeks ago.
My network seems to be pretty simple:
I got a dynamic WAN-IP (with dyndns) - the hAP Lite (192.168.88.1) - my notebook (192.168.88.240).
Now I'm trying to forward a port range to my notebook. (e.g. 4500 - 4510)
What I already tried is to add a rule under IP -> Firewall -> NAT which has the following setting:
- Chain: dstnat
- Protocol: 6 (tcp)
- Dst-Port: 4500-4510
- In. Interface: ether1 (my WAN interface)
- Action: dst-nat
- To Adresses: 192.168.88.240
- To Ports: 4500-4510
If I'm using a webtool to check if the port is open (like this) I see in the NAT rules statistic graph, that there is data incoming but it says the port is still closed.
If I'm trying to connect from outside (with the application that should connect to one of these ports) there is no reaction on the graph.
I tried some solutions I found in another forum(s?) but nothing worked until now.
I hope you guys have a idea. If you need more information just ask.

When I'm debugging my application that tries to connect to my laptop, it says that the :4500 refused the connection.
